Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling $50 or more within the United States. This offer applies to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Free shipping orders are delivered via USPS or UPS Ground and typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. No promo code is required; the free shipping discount is applied automatically at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold.
Shipping Methods and Rates
- Standard Shipping - Delivery in 5 to 7 business days. Free on orders over $50, otherwise a flat rate of $5.99 applies regardless of order size or weight.
- Expedited Shipping - Delivery in 2 to 3 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Ideal for customers who need their equipment by a specific date.
- Express Shipping - Delivery in 1 to 2 business days. Available for select items and locations. Rates calculated at checkout. Suited for urgent orders requiring next-day or two-day delivery.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2 PM Pacific Standard Time on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Shipping Coverage and Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Some oversized or heavy items, such as large commercial printers, may incur additional shipping surcharges that will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
