Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for customers who need their equipment sooner. Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Methods and Costs
- Standard Shipping - Free on orders over $50, otherwise $5.99. Delivery in 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping - 2-3 business days delivery. Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Express Shipping - 1-2 business days for select items and locations. Available at checkout.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy on most products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@neoprintix.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including covering the return shipping.
